We’re delighted to share with you that we’ve recently been announced as finalists for two awards.
Quite different in concept, but very much at the heart of what we do and our culture, we’re finalists in Employee Experience Awards and the British Data Awards.
British Data Awards
The British Data Awards is an annual campaign that sets out to uncover data success stories. Organisations taking part include FTSE 100 giants, public sector pioneers, technology unicorns, agile not-for-profits, and innovative start-ups among others. And with 158 nominations received, competition to be named a Finalist proved to be particularly tough this year.
“The standard of entries received this year has been particularly high, which has made judging a great privilege, but also a real challenge. All the Finalists should be incredibly proud of their achievements, and for helping to remind us of the sheer talent and ingenuity that makes the UK such a global powerhouse for all things data.”
Jason Johnson, British Data Awards judge
The category which we are contesting is ‘Tech Company of the year (Under 50 employees)’
UK Employee Experience Awards
The UK Employee Experience Awards™ promote Britain’s very best EX practices, and welcomes entries from any organisation working hard to put their people first.
Business needs a skilled and motivated workforce to solve the issues of the coming decade. Whether it’s the pandemic changing the world of work, digitisation of business processes, changes in international trade or long-term demographic shifts, the next ten years are sure to be challenging. The organisations that will thrive in the 2020s will be ones offering a world-class employee experience, who can attract and retain the very best talent, and harness their brilliance and creativity to deliver outstanding results.
These Awards honour those innovators, leaders, professionals, and teams who are facing the challenges of change, showcasing a range of initiatives and solutions that everyone can learn from.
As finalist in the ‘Employee Centric Company (SME)’ category, we know that stiff competition was fought off to get this far, and for that, we are very proud. Delving into aspects of our company such as stakeholder engagement, impacts and benefits, goals and objectives, planning and implementation, innovation and creativity we felt we put in a good entry.
“We are delighted that the work we put into our culture at Software Solved is being recognised. Our team are what makes the company tick and we want them to enjoy coming to work.”
Charlotte Rook, Head of HR, Software Solved
In a fitting end, the finalists will be celebrated, and winners announced for both awards ceremonies in London on the 19th May. #Dilemma
