Lindsay has worked at Software Solved for a total of nine years and is a great example of an individual who has enjoyed progressing through the business.
She moved into the Managing Director role following maternity leave in 2019 and navigated the business through some challenging times during the pandemic. By the end of her first year, Lindsay had led the team to implement major changes across the business to hit the £3m turnover target. This included working to establish the values and purpose of the organisation.
Lindsay loves her role and is an advocate for positivity and progression. She gets enjoyment from seeing the changes within people in the team, developing, feeling empowered and creating.
