Our pre-sales process explained

It is our attitude at the beginning of your project which, more than anything else, will affect its successful outcome. We have over 20 years experience delivering quality projects, but what is our process for ensuring a project gets off to the best possible start.

Our Head of New Business Sales, Gari Le Piquet, talks us through the Software Solved Pre-Sales Process.

Identify Needs

When you first get in touch with us, you will speak with one of our Business Development Consultants who will identify your needs.

Discovery Call

The Business Development Consultant will then arrange a 30-60 minute discovery call which will include a Technical Consultant. This allows us to further identify your needs and the best solution(s).

ROM or Quote

Depending on the detail of your business requirements at this stage we will provide either a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), or a detailed quote.

Approval and Team Introduction

When you’ve approved our quote and contracting is complete we will introduce you to your project team, providing you with direct contact details for each.

To discuss any potential ideas for a project you may have, contact us and a member of our team will get back to you with 2 working days.
