On Friday evening we hosted our Christmas party at the Exe Restaurant and Cocktail Bar in Exeter which featured our Annual Awards presentation to celebrate achievements for the year.
The team had nominated their peers the the awards and each category received multiple nominations. This was a time for everyone to acknowledge individuals who have gone above and beyond, including championing our values: Passionate, Creative, Inclusive and Authentic. These values run through all we do and form the central part of the culture here at the company. We also added some fun awards that highlight particular personalities within the team.
