Sales Administrator – Exeter
Competitive salary up to £22,000
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team here at Software Solved Ltd.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to carry out administrative tasks whilst facilitating the smooth running of the busy sales department. Ideally you will have experience in the technology sector with the ability to communicate with people on all levels and work efficiently while maintaining a high attention to detail. There will also be a requirement to assist the marketing department with administrative tasks from time to time.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills, including drafting correspondence, supporting sales proposals and sales reporting
- Sales Force experience (updating sales force) an advantage
- Help organise client events with follow up communications
- Good organisational skills, including experience of arranging meetings events.
- Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills
An understanding of the difference between off-the-shelf products and bespoke software would be an advantage. Previous marketing experience would also be advantageous, in particular having experience of social media marketing.
Ideally you will have previous experience in sales or have a customer service background and be able to apply this knowledge to our team.
