Junior Business Analyst DescriptionThe Junior Business Analyst reports to the Lead Business Analyst and is responsible for assisting with the definition of requirements and specifications for a range of custom software, data, and product development projects. With appropriate support, you will demonstrate ownership of the specified solution through the remainder of the project lifecycle and perform ad-hoc business analysis consultancy as required. You will have a good understanding of business analysis tools, techniques and approaches, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work across multiple projects. Head of Programme Management DescriptionThe Head of Programme Management will provide strategic direction and ensure operational excellence within this business-critical function of SwS. In this the Head of Programme Management will demonstrate both a ‘birds’ eye’ and ‘hands on’ approach to all project management activities. Reporting to CEO, the Head of Programme Management will work closely with the RevOps, Operations, Technology and Finance teams to ensure all projects are well planned and resourced, run smoothly, remain within budget, and deliver - on time, in full. As an ambassador of our brand the Head of Programme Management will be driven to ensure an exceptional client experience, and high levels of employee engagement. With responsibility for shaping, maturing and directing the programme management team, the successful incumbent will have a proven track record of mentoring, improving and inspiring teams. As a team player the Head of Programme Management will get stuck into the detail when needed and will take the lead to deliver the more complex technical projects and those that require more end-to-end project management services. The successful candidate will be a solutions-focused, problem solver, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients. As a member of the management team the Head of Programme Management will be responsible to identify areas for improvement, review and revise processes/procedures, templates and ways of working, to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
