Position: Head of Programme Management
Location: Hybrid
Salary: Up to £70K depending on experience

Essential Skills:
- Experience in coaching, managing and mentoring people in a software development environment or similar.
- Comprehensive and proven B2B project and programme management experience, with a focus on Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Track record of being able to own and deliver results in a quick and collaborative way.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict with multiple stakeholders, to achieve business outcomes with clarity and precision.
- Confidence to challenge the norm, and to shape, influence and deliver projects for multiple customers.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage projects to contracts, pro-actively mitigating business risks and staying within budget.
- Experience of designing and managing project governance in line with ISO9001 and ISO27001.
- Experience of owning and reporting key project and performance data.
- Innovative and creative problem solver with the skill to deliver diverse and complex software services and solutions in a consultancy environment.
- Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle and change control process.
- An industry recognised project management qualification such as APM or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within a software development environment with an understanding of the software development life cycle and change control process.
- Experience of working as part of a Scrum team or similar Agile discipline.

HR Advisor
Location: Homeworker with travel to the Exeter office
Salary: Up to £30K
As a HR Advisor you will report to the Head of People and Culture and will be responsible for supporting our busy team with day-to-day HR queries. You will be an enthusiastic, trustworthy, and intuitive individual with the ability to forge strong relationships. You will manage daily HR functions including recruitment, advising employees on policies, and coaching line managers. You will be a generalist and must be able to work autonomously.

Essential Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience in a HR Advisor or Coordinator role, ideally in a SME
- Current knowledge and understanding of employment law, HR best practice and recruitment.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and discreetly.
- Highly personable with confidence to engage with employees and suppliers.
- Ability to coach and train others.
- Experience with Microsoft packages and good overall IT skills.
- Ability to challenge and influence others to ensure that the right outcomes are achieved.
- Strong team working skills and ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
- A recruitment background in technology.
- Familiarity with PeopleHR.
