As the client commissioning the development of custom software for your business, you’ll own the intellectual property rights to the software we create for you. You’ll also be provided with the source code, design documents, and any other materials or assets that we used to create the software. Let us know if you have specific requirements or concerns about ownership as these can be addressed in the initial scoping session.

The core Software Solved team are all based in the UK, and we are able to flex project needs with the use of Nearshore partners.

For recurring services such as support and hosting, we request that the client pay in advance. This can be either monthly or quarterly. For projects, we either request payment monthly in arrears or we agree on milestone payments – when we have delivered specific milestones through the project which are agreed in advance.

Yes, both parties are required to sign an NDA. This can be done either at the pre-sales stage or alternatively when we sign the contract.

Yes, we offer proactive software support which is tailor-made based on your specific needs. Our packages offer high levels of flexibility and guarantee your allocated time will be used most efficiently.

Yes. If you don’t have an IT or tech team in-house and need some expertise to scope out a new software project, we offer a consultancy service/workshop to bring our years of expertise to your business as and when required. We can provide either a Systems Health Check on your existing systems or a data optimisation check on the data you currently work with. We can also provide consultancy in terms of our expertise in other areas, Testers, Project Managers and Business Analysts are all available to provide services if required.

If you are a Support client, we hold quarterly service reviews. For software and data projects, we have regular touch points. There are weekly or monthly meetings with the project team. Using Agile, we have to run these meetings regularly as it is all part of the incremental process that this methodology relies on.
